Santa’s Arrival Event: November 22 from 1–4PM
Santa’s pulling up in style, and he’s not coming alone. Join the free celebration featuring visits from the Grinch, Rockette-style performances, festive crafts, and more seasonal surprises. It’s the perfect way to kick off the season and snag that first magical photo.
Photos with Santa: November 21–December 24
Make your list, check it twice, and bring the kids (or the whole crew) to share it with the big guy. Santa will be located on the first floor, right by H&M, and appointments are recommended secure yours at the Santa Experience page.
Pet Night with Santa: December 1 from 4–7PM
Fur babies get their moment too! Dress your pet in their festive best and capture a paws-itively adorable holiday photo with Santa.
Sensory Santa: December 7 from 10–11AM
Designed for children with sensory sensitivities, this quieter, more relaxed Santa experience allows families to enjoy the magic of the season in a calmer environment. Registration is encouraged to ensure a peaceful, welcoming visit.
Of course, no holiday outing is complete without a little you time. Grab a warm drink, hit your favorite stores, catch a movie, or let the kids get their energy out at one of the many entertainment destinations inside the center. You’ll leave feeling festive — and maybe even ahead of schedule.
